Material and safety

Molded from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone with no fillers. Low-grade trays with fillers can transfer an off-taste; our food-grade silicone is inert across freezing and does not leach or taint flavor. LFGB tested, with reports per order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ?

Around 500 to 1,000 pieces for stock; custom cavities depend on tooling.

Can you do custom shapes and logos?

Yes, including logo and branded cavities, tooled to your design.

Which certifications apply?

Food-grade, BPA-free silicone, LFGB tested, with reports per order.

Is silicone safe for freezing ice?

Yes. Food-grade silicone is inert across freezing, does not leach, and is BPA-free. Flexible release pops cubes out cleanly.

Why do some silicone trays make ice taste odd, and do yours?

Off-taste comes from fillers in low-grade silicone. Ours is 100% food-grade with no fillers, so there is no taste transfer; a wash and short cure before first use is standard.

Is silicone safer than plastic for ice?

It has no BPA, flexes for easy release, and lasts longer than brittle plastic trays.

Can buyers get clear ice from these molds?

Clear ice depends on mold design and a slow freeze; we can tool slow-melt and clear-ice formats to your spec.
