Our Silicone Factory in China

A 5,000 square meter silicone manufacturing facility in Fujian, China, with 126 staff, 500+ in-house molds, and the full production cycle under one roof.

THE FACILITY

One factory, the whole production cycle

Evermore Silicone is a custom silicone manufacturer in Fujian, China, operating under American management. Our company, Zhangzhou Evermore New Material Technology Co., Ltd., was founded in 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters in the Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone.

Everything happens on site: product design, mold making, silicone and plastic molding, quality control, and pre-shipment inspection. Running the full cycle under one roof is what keeps our lead times short and our quality consistent, with no handoffs to outside workshops.

TOOLING

We build our own molds

Our mold workshop handles design, CNC machining, polishing, and trial in-house, backed by 3D rapid prototyping. We hold more than 500 existing molds, so many projects start from proven tooling.

Keeping tooling in-house means a sample in 3 to 7 working days, mold changes handled the same week, and no markup or delay from an outside mold maker. The grade you approve in samples is the grade you get in production.

EXPANSION

A new campus with a clean room

We are opening a newly built campus that adds production capacity and a Class 100,000 clean room for products that need a controlled environment, such as baby feeding items and personal-care tools.

The expansion lets us take on larger programs while holding the same quality standard across every line.

Certified, and built to be checked

The facility holds an ISO 9001 quality management certificate and has passed a BSCI social-compliance audit. Our food-contact materials are tested to FDA, LFGB, and California Proposition 65, with third-party reports supplied per order.

Factory FAQ

Where is your silicone factory located?
Our factory is in the Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone in Fujian Province, China, close to the port of Xiamen. Zhangzhou Evermore New Material Technology runs a 5,000 square meter facility there and ships to customers worldwide.
Can I visit or audit your factory?
Yes. We welcome client visits and third-party audits. The facility has passed a BSCI social-compliance audit, and we can arrange an in-person tour or a live video walkthrough of the production floor on request.
How large is your production capacity?
The factory employs 126 people across seven departments and runs 24 hydraulic presses from 250 to 500 tons, 6 injection molding machines, 6 vulcanizing machines, and 5 silicone mixing machines. A new campus with a Class 100,000 clean room is being added to expand output.
Do you make your own molds?
Yes. We design and cut molds in our own workshop using CNC machining and 3D rapid prototyping, and we hold more than 500 existing molds. Building molds in-house shortens lead times and keeps tooling quality under our direct control.
What silicone do you use?
We use 100 percent food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, PVC-free, and phthalate-free, rated for temperatures from minus 40 to 230 degrees Celsius. Medical-grade silicone is available for products that call for it.
