Evermore Showcased Kitchen Silicone Line at Ningbo Expo 2026
Three days, 105 thousand visitors, and one very busy booth.
Our team from Zhangzhou Evermore New Material Technology Co., Ltd (漳州永越新材料技术有限公司) just wrapped up our time at the Ningbo Export Trade Fair 2026, held from May 27–29 at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. We were stationed at Booth 6A-12 in Hall 6.
This year’s show hit a record 105,238 professional visitors – the highest in the event’s history. Over 3,000 exhibitors showed up, and 83% were Chinese manufacturing factories like us. No middlemen, no trading companies – just production people talking to buyers. And honestly? It was busier than we expected. We have been invited to attend as a leading silicone manufacturer from China in the industry.
Here’s what we brought, who we talked to, and what we heard.
What we put on the table
As a custom silicone manufacturer in China, we came focused on our silicone kitchenware and bakeware line – and that turned out to be the right call. Hall 6 was packed with home goods buyers, and our table was covered with the items that got the most handling:
- Detachable silicone baking mats – seamless edges, no exposed fiberglass, heat-resistant up to 230°C. Buyers kept bending them, folding them, and checking the edges. One Amazon seller from the US told us: “This is exactly what we’ve been looking for – our current supplier’s mats start peeling after two months.”
- Silicone spatula sets – one-piece seamless design with food-grade stainless steel cores. No gaps where food gets trapped. A European kitchenware brand buyer picked up three different colors and asked if we could match her brand palette. (We can – custom colors are standard for us.)
- Collapsible silicone mixing bowls – space-saving, with non-slip bases and measurement markings molded in. A buyer from a Korean online retailer told us these would move fast in her market. She asked for a sample order on the spot.
- Silicone oven mitts and trivets – textured grip surface and heat insulation up to 220°C. We showed them the internal fiber layer and thickness (8mm), which drew a lot of questions about production consistency.
- Lid covers and food storage lids – stretchable, dishwasher-safe, and available in multiple sizes. A Walmart supplier spent a good 15 minutes going through our size range and asked if we could do custom packaging with her branding.

What buyers actually said to us
We took notes throughout the show. Here are a few comments that came up more than once:
“Your surface finish is smoother than most samples we get from China. What’s your process?” – US-based Amazon seller. We walked him through our compression molding and our post-curing process – a step some factories skip to save time, but we don’t.
“We’ve had trouble with silicone smell in the past. How do you handle that?” – Buyer from a UK kitchenware brand. We explained our secondary vulcanization process and our raw material sourcing (we use peroxide-free catalysts). He asked for our LFGB test reports right away.
“Can you do our logo embossed, not just printed?” – This came up at least 10 times. We had sample spoons and spatulas with embossed logos on the table. Buyers liked the feel of it – printed logos wear off, embossed ones don’t.
“Your lead times are faster than our current supplier. Is that real?” – European supermarket buyer. We walked her through our in-house mold shop. We don’t wait on outside tooling makers – we design, cut, and adjust molds internally. That alone saves 7–10 days per order.
What this tells us about the kitchenware market right now
If we had to sum up what we heard across three days:
- Buyers are tired of inconsistent quality. They’re not just looking for the cheapest price – they want a supplier who delivers the same product batch after batch. We got multiple requests for production video updates and in-process inspection reports.
- Color options matter. Buyers want to differentiate their listings. We showed our standard color chart (16 colors) and told them we can match any Pantone code. That opened up longer conversations.
- Certifications are non-negotiable. FDA and LFGB came up in almost every conversation. Zhangzhou Evermore New Material Technology Co., Ltd (漳州永越新材料技术有限公司) has FDA and LFGB certifications. Buyers appreciated not having to wait for an email after the show.
