What we actually do

We’re a silicone factory/manufacturer based in Zhangzhou, China – 5,000 square meters, running compression and injection molding machines daily. No middlemen, no third-party subcontracting. When you place an order with us, we run it in-house, from tooling to molding to packaging.

Our sweet spot? Food-grade silicone for kitchen and baby products. We hold FDA, LFGB, and REACH certifications, which means our materials pass the strict migration tests required for direct food contact. We’ve also done our homework on AS/NZS 8124 for toys and childcare items, so Australian compliance isn’t an afterthought for us – it’s built into our production checklist.

What we’re bringing to the show

Instead of listing every single item we make (which would take all day), here’s what we’re actually excited to show you at the booth:

• Detachable silicone baking mats – no rivets, no hidden crevices that trap food residue. Heat-resistant up to 230°C, and they lay flat without curling at the edges, a common complaint we hear from bakers about cheaper mats.
• Anti-slip pet feeding bowls – integrated silicone base that stays put on tile or wooden floors. Available in custom colors and sizes for private-label brands.
• Baby feeding sets – soft spoons and divided plates with suction bases. Our production line runs lead-free and phthalate-free raw materials, with random batch testing done in-house every 4 hours.
• Custom silicone moulds and components – we work with brands on OEM projects, from art & craft moulds to replacement seals and gaskets for silicone home appliances. Minimum order quantities are flexible, and we share CAD drawings during the development phase so there’s no guesswork on tolerances. All OEM & ODM custom silicone orders are acceptable.
