OEM & ODM Silicone Manufacturing

From a finished design or just a concept, we handle industrial design, tooling, molding, and finished packaging in one factory.

We run the full path from design to packed goods in one factory. Whether you arrive with production-ready drawings or a rough idea, we adapt to your project stage and stay your single point of contact from prototype to delivery.

OEM Manufacturing

Your design, our production

You bring CAD drawings, 3D files, or a physical sample. We check the design for manufacturability and move to tooling and production, handling mold making, material selection, color matching, branding, and export-ready packaging. Suited to brands and distributors who need a reliable factory with consistent output.

ODM Development

From concept to product

You bring a concept, sketch, or reference product. Our team adds industrial design, material recommendations, prototyping, mold engineering, and iterative samples before mass production. Suited to startups, private-label sellers, and brands entering a new category who want development and manufacturing under one roof.

How a project runs

Six stages, all handled in-house, from first brief to packed cartons.

1

Brief and design

Share a spec, file, or concept. We review for manufacturability and advise on materials.

2

Tooling

We design and cut the mold in our own workshop, or start from one of 500+ existing molds.

3

Sampling

First samples in 3 to 7 working days, refined until you approve the look and feel.

4

Production

Mass production in 15 to 25 days, with in-process quality checks at each stage.

5

Inspection

A full pre-shipment check, with third-party test reports on request.

6

Packaging and shipping

Retail or FBA-ready packaging, then sea, air, or courier to your destination.

Molding methods

Compression molding

Solid silicone parts and most consumer goods, on 24 presses from 250 to 500 tons.

Liquid silicone injection

Liquid silicone rubber for high-volume runs, fine detail, and tight tolerances.

Plastic injection

Plastic components and lids for combined products, molded in the same factory.

TOOLING

We build and own the tooling

Mold design, CNC machining, polishing, and trial all happen in our own workshop, backed by 3D rapid prototyping. We hold more than 500 existing molds, so many projects start from proven tooling and reach a first sample faster.

Building tooling in-house keeps mold quality under our control, makes a revision a same-week change, and avoids the markup and delay of an outside mold maker. The tooling you pay for is yours.

CAPACITY

Capacity for volume orders

  • 24hydraulic presses, 250 to 500 tons, for compression molding
  • 6injection machines, 200 to 320 tons, for liquid silicone and plastic
  • 6vulcanizing machines for secondary curing
  • 5silicone mixing machines for in-house compounding and color

See the full plant on the factory page.

Materials and grades

We compound silicone in-house, so the grade you approve in samples is the grade you get in production. We do not substitute fillers to cut cost.

Food-grade silicone

Premium food-grade silicone as standard for skin and food contact.

Medical-grade option

Medical-grade silicone available for products that require it.

Hardness 30 to 70 Shore A

Tuned per product for the right feel and durability.

Minus 40 to 230 C

Rated across freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave use.

All food-contact material is BPA-free, PVC-free, and phthalate-free, and tested to FDA, LFGB, and California Proposition 65. See quality and certifications.

Why brands run OEM and ODM with us

OEM and ODM FAQ

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM you bring the design or a sample and we manufacture to your spec. With ODM you bring a concept or a problem and our engineering team handles industrial design, material selection, prototyping, and tooling until the product is right. Many clients start with an idea and leave with a finished, packaged product.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is flexible. It is roughly 500 to 1,000 pieces for standard items, lower for some stock products, and set per project for custom molds depending on tooling. Tell us the product and target volume and we will confirm.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take 3 to 7 working days from design approval. Production takes 15 to 25 days after sample confirmation and deposit, depending on volume and complexity. Stock samples are free and you cover freight; tooling for custom molds is quoted per project.
Can you match a specific color and hardness?
Yes. We match color to Pantone references and tune hardness across the food-grade range, typically 30 to 70 Shore A, for the feel and durability your product needs.
Do you provide retail and Amazon FBA-ready packaging?
Yes. We produce custom retail boxes, polybags, hang tags, barcoding, and FBA-ready labeling, and can ship direct to your distribution center or to Amazon.
How much does tooling cost?
Tooling is quoted per project from part complexity and cavity count. Simple molds are modest; multi-cavity or complex parts cost more. The tooling you pay for is yours, and many projects start from one of our 500+ existing molds with no new tooling at all.
Will you protect our design and brand?
Yes. We sign an NDA before development, keep your designs confidential, and do not resell your custom products. The tooling we cut for your product is yours.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment, by bank transfer. We ship by sea, air, or courier under your preferred Incoterms, including direct to Amazon FBA.
Can you improve or re-engineer an existing product?
Yes. Send a sample or a reference product and our engineers suggest material, structure, and cost improvements before we tool it.
